SIA Licensing
OnWatch Security go through vigorous vetting procedures and ensure that all staff working in the company are fit and proper and have the appropriate SIA licenses for carrying out their work. All of our front line officers have to meet tough criteria. Not only do they have to pass identity and criminal checks, they also have to show evidence of their range of skills, knowledge and experience.

ISO Standards
From the outset, OnWatch Security has focused on internal management processes and service delivery and has implemented performance management and quality systems. Our automated control desk allows us to provide a better service to our customers as well as react to unforeseen events. Manned by professional staff 24/7 it is fully accredited to ISO standards.
